Susan is the National Director of Wellness Services at Castle Connolly Private Health Partners (CCPHP), a concierge medicine organization. She is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) of 25 years, as well as a food and nutrition expert and consultant who specializes in weight management, chronic disease prevention and management, wellness & lifestyle coaching, integrative nutrition, culinary nutrition and healthy cooking. Susan is also the author of a diet/cookbook, Cooking with Trader Joe’s: Lighten Up! and the host of the podcast A SENSe of Wellness. Susan on instagram @foodmedrdn.
